If you have been transitioned to the IBM Passport program, you can
download anything you want - including the CD's. You might want to
contact your IBM Account Manager to facilitate the transition. I found
out that Tivoli had automatically transitioned my account and I can
download all products that I am entitled to.

To my knowledge, no NetView patches, neither single-platform e-fixes
nor
complete maintenance release "refreshes", are stored anywhere that
you,
as a customer, could obtain them directly. That will be changing in
2003, but until then, you need to go through your local Support
organization to get e-fixes. You will hear about the new process for
obtaining "fixpacks" on this list, as well as on more official sites,
when
it is in place.
To obtain an e-fix, you must open a problem with your local IBM/Tivoli
Support organization and they will obtain the code fix for you. For
full
"refreshes" or new releases you must contact the IBM software
distribution channel that is appropriate for your geography. Since
that
varies from country to country, I'd suggest that your local marketing
rep
or Support people are the best source for obtaining new code as well.
