Dominic, It is NOT recommended that you simply copy of /usr/OV because a NetView install validates that the OS prereqs are there and also updates various system files ( /etc/services...etc). If you are trying to replicate your NetView customization. Then do a backup (using NetView services). Copy the backup directory to your new system and do a product install. The install will see your backup data and migrate that into the new server for you as part of the install.
