How do you have the router discovered w/o the ReadOnly community string?

If I do not know the SNMP Read Only string for ROUTERA(I'm not permitted to
have SNMP access to ROUTERA), and ROUTERA is discovered in my map, and all
the devices behind it are discovered as well, will Netview do Router Fault
Correlation to suppress Node Downs for the devices that sit behind ROUTERA
when ROUTERA is down?
