Hello Mahesh,
you can use "colmaint -d" for dumping your smartset definitions at the AIX
box.
This command creates by default /usr/OV/conf/collection.conf file.
You must transfer this file to your Linux box and can use then "colmaint
-l" for
loading the definitions.
Of course you can specify also an own filename. For informations about the
syntax of colmaint execute "colmaint -?"
MfG./ Best regards

Subject: [nv-l] SmartSets
02.07.03 22:22
NV 7.1.3
AIX 4.3.3.10
Is there any way to export and then import the SmartSet definitions? I
am currently testing NV on Linux and would like transfer my SmartSets
from my AIX machines to the Linux machine without having to create them
individually.
Thanks.
Mahesh
