Hello,

We are having NetView 6.0.2 on AIX 4.3.3

From one cisco router, we are continuously receiving the following kind of traps saying 'PPP LCP closed" :-

1059222261 11 Sat Jul 26 18:54:21 2003 CORT3  A Cisco Agent Interface Down (linkDown Trap) on interface: Serial3/1:0 locIfReason: PPP LCP Closed

1059222279 11 Sat Jul 26 18:54:39 2003 CORT3  A Cisco Agent Interface Up (linkUp Trap) on interface: Serial3/2:0 locIfReason: PPP LCP Open

What could be the problem with the router or its configuration? Where should I look into?

Regards,
Anupam Kr Anand
