Certainly with NetView on Unix you can run several netviewd daemons,
each running a different map. The 7.1 Release Notes, page 65, describes
how to do this. I guess this should work on Windows also.
The trick about the web client is that it can only connect to a map open
on a GUI or open via a netviewd process. If multiple maps are open, your
web client user will be given a list to choose which he wants to connect to.
