I certainly have had multiple netviewd daemons running in the past,
though I cannot swear that this was on a 7.1.3 system ..... I just
followed the Rel Notes instructions. You will have to do an ovstart of
netviewd and your second netviewd daemon or do a full stop and start of
all netview daemons.
