Brian,

the first lines says that this MIB is a SNMPv2 MIB.     The MIB loader you
are using says it is a SNMPv1 MIB loader.    There is a syntax difference
between the two.

Have you tried to comment the line
snmpAgentInfo-ces  MODULE-IDENTITY

and to uncomment the line
--    snmpAgentInfo-ces OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= {contivity 15}
