Hi Greg.

Thanks for your help.

The problem was a missing link of this library libcrypto.so.0.9.6, I made a
link and then the daemon started Ok.

             Couple of things to try:

1) cd /usr/OV/ITSL2/bin
   ./correlator

If it's a library problem, it will show up when trying to run
the component from the command line. (If so, please send error back).

2) check for any *.err files in /usr/OV/ITSL2/bin

If a component fails before it is completely initialized,
it will create a .err file instead of a .log file. (If there is any data in
them, please send back).

Greg

Hi Greg.

Thanks for you answer.

Right Now I don't have the CD 1.2.1, and I tried to download efix, and I
didn't find any efix.

The result from ls -l /usr/lib/*crypto* is:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1475000 Sep 7 2001
/usr/lib/libcrypto.a
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 29 Jun 18 13:44
/usr/lib/libcrypto.so -> ../../lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.6b

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks In Advance

Anabella,
First, I'd suggest to install 1.2.1 as it's the latest + there
is an efix
for the 1.2.1 that you should load.

The problem is most likely a missing link. Check the readme for creating
the softlink that is missing for libcrypto.

If you can't find it - send us back the results from
ls -l /usr/lib/*crypto*

We can check to see if it's the link issue.

Red Hat Intel 7.2
Netview 7.1.3
Framework 4.1
Switch Analyzer 1.2

We were testing Switch Analyzer on linux, the installation worked fine, but
when it finished, the daemon itsl2 was not running, I ran: ovstart itsl2
and displayed the following error: exit status: exit(127), and the daemon
it's not running.

I checked the log directory, but it's empty.

What can we do?????

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks In Advance
