I don't understand your question exactly. I take it that you don't recognize this trap. Well, it's nothing to panic about. This is an SNMP V2 authentication error. You got it in a "NO FMT" message because you don't have an enterprise 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5 coded in your trapd.conf. Add an entry for it. Then add a specific entry for authentication error and the NO FMT part will go away, You can make the Log Message say whatever you choose. I recommend something like "Authentication failure" which is what the SNMP V1 trap says.
