I'll bet that many of you have IBM/Tivoli reps, or SEs, or client
executives, or even services people or friends who do not know that they
have the power to submit software requirements for you, or how to go about
it. Tell them this: the application is called FITS: Fully Integrated
ToolSet (who knows why!) and they can find it easily by searching our
internal website w3.ibm.com. They will need information like your customer
number, and the product name, and a description of the enhancement, the
relative importance, justification, etc. So think through what you really
want, write it down, and give it to the next IBMer who walks by along with
this information.
