There is Support provided for Tivoli products all throughout EMEA (Europe, Africa, and the Middle East) which is the IBM geographical division that is responsible for the sale and support of customers in Romania, unless you have obtained your copy illegally, which I doubt. IBM will not sell you an a Tivoli product if they cannot service it, because a year's free service has always been part of the product price. I can't tell you how to obtain support in Romania, but your local IBM sales office could. You should start there. They should be able to give you a number to call. You call that number and give them your customer number and the product number, which is 5698NVW00 for the Windows version of NetView. They then route you to a product specialist. As for your default format issue, I see the problem but I don't understand it. You events are coming in with the wrong enterprise id, .0.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.3 instead of .1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.3, which is why they don't match. I don't have any idea why this is the case or what to do about it, offhand. Are you doing something which generates your own copies of NetView events, or using rulesets, or getting NetView events from a source other than the netmon daemon on your own NetView machine? The only thing I can think of is that this is the result of inaccurate customization somewhere.
