This is a problem ... Because I assume the bundling of netview.rls and netview.baroc assumes that Netview 7.1.x will only forward events to TEC ... what about if I want to forward these events to another application such as MasterCell? where do I get the netview.rls and the netview.baroc file then?

than NetView. All NetView customers I believe, are now entitled to
TEC. netview.rls and netview.baroc are automatically compiled into a
new TEC 3.8 Default rulebase.
