If I am not mistaken, the interface that allows for this is the web client.
You must have netviewd up and running in read-write mode for it to
work. I may be incorrect and if I am, someone please let me know. If this is 
the case, and doing it without netviewd running, does not produce an
error, you should open a case with support.
