NV713 + Win2000+ Popular Fix

I have noticed there are many entries in the events, say "SNMP Address Changed 
to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".

For instance :

And the above events happened almost simultaneously . 

Why do this kind of events happen?   What effects will the snmp address change 
impact on netview?
