[nv-l] serious installation problems with san manager

we have the following:

sanm Version/Release: 1.2.1 ON WIndows 2K
Product Fix Level: 2

Environment:
- tsanm on windows 2000 server with DB2 8.1 (no fix pack) and netview 7.1.3
(the one provided on installation cd)
- tsan agent (fix level 2) on AIX 5.2 (mentenance level 2); HBA card
installed; common HBA API installed;
- FQDN via hosts file (no DNS server)
- Brocade 3800 switches

Problem Description:
- we don't see Storage Area Network icon in Root map
- SAN menus are doing nothing (no GUI is starting)
- http://itsanm:9550/itsrm/servicemanager is providing "the page cannot be
displayed"
I think you will need some log files, just ask for.
