Happy new year ! I am using Netview 7.1.4 on AIX 5.1 I am seeing a difference in the way icons are represented between the native console and the Java console. I have a smartset with more than 10 devices. All the devices support snmp and have the same oid. I see that all the devices have the proper icon on the native console. However on the Java console a few of the objects have empty icon. I checked that the oid_to_sym is properly configured. Also if I delete an object with an empty icon, it comes back with still an empty icon in the Java console. If I delete an object with the proper bitmap in the Java console, it comes back with an empty icon in the Java console. It still has the proper bitmap in the native console. Any idea what could be wrong ? Thanks, Salutations, / Regards, Francois Le Hir Network Projects & Consulting Services IBM Global Services Phone: (514) 205 6695 |
