When you drill down into the NetView object, how many interfaces do you have and what colors are they? Do you have them all? When you right click the icons for the interfaces and the NetView box itself and look at the Object Properties what is the IP status? Does it match the color? if not, is ipmap running? Ok, I need some help with this one. Netview 7.1.4 on Linux Red Hat 7.2. I have every node up except the netview box itself. There are no errors in the messages logs. I can snmpwalk, Ping, Demand Poll, reverse/forward lookup, IP/TCP/SNMP connectivity test read all ok. I ran ps -ef | grep snmpd and the daemon is up and running however Netview sees itself as down. Any ideas? Carlos |
