I
discovered this MIB link the other day. It seems pretty comprehensive. Do
a <CTRL-F> and search for 3607.
It
lists the following available Cerent MIBs. They are MIB-2......

briefly looked through the "NOTIFICATION-TYPE" clauses and see that a 2120 event
is defined as follows.
DESCRIPTION "performance Monitor Threshold Crossing
Alert"
::= { cerent454V2Events 2120 } It
looks like some threshold was exceeded with a value of 20. I could be way
off on this since I am not an SNMPv2 expert.
Like
James said, you are going to have to define these yourself. Look through
the MIB files for "NOTIFICATION-TYPE".
