Yeap, indeed. The problem is that when the ovtopofix -a begins working, it
does some changes as deleting some nodes and changing names and that sort
of things but then it suddenly stops saying that ovtopmd exited and that
there is no connection to the database and the whole process stops. The
ovtopmd daemon is stopped so i start it again manually and i can ovtopofix
again but almost at the same point it crashed happens the same. I know
this because the last message was the deletion of a node which was No.
1394 and now it stops deleting node No. 1395. What could be happening?

Re: [nv-l] New nodes events appear but not on topology map
have you tried running `ovtopofix -a / -A` ? you'll need to run
`ovstop netmon` first.
see ovtopofix man page:
"The ovtopofix command is used to detect and correct inconsistencies that
might develop between the IP topology database and the ovwdb database.
The
default behavior is to remove old hints from the ovwdb database and to
ver-
ify the managed and removed state of all objects. As inconsistencies are
discovered, ovtopofix reports actions taken to the standard output."

Simon
