Looks like there is an open APAR for this problem, IY70256.
I don't know the details, but apparently some new function added by one of
the developers broke it
The person who is working on the problem asked me to post that there will
be a test fix available for it soon.

After trying a little with the menus I can not get any parameter passed to
the script.
In my case everytime I select the custom menu in the webconsole I get a
dialog box with and X and the number 0 or 503.
This problem clears out if I leave only one <Val> parameter in th
If I add whichever paramenter (Val or Var) the web menu returns an error

Have a look on the NetView TUG website - I put some Web Console sample
menus up there some time ago -
