Hi! I'm relatively new to NetView (learning by doing), but am a bit confused about how NetView actually do things. We have a customer with NetView for Windows (7.1.4) and I wonder how the 'Poll all nodes' works. I had 'Poll all nodes' checked, but set "Disable all SNMP status polling". The result seems to be nodes going down goes undetected? When I turned the setting to "Set SNMP default option to poll fors status every" x minutes. This resulted in a lot of nodes being detected as unavailable and were deleted because they had been down for a longer time than indicated by the "Delete nodes down for" setting. This is ok, but it looks like both SNMP and ICMP polling was turned off?
