| Hi All,           I am using Netview 7.1.4 on Windows. Can I execute the command "nvsendtrap 58916871" (to change the status of an object)  from inside my java application. This application gets invoked automatically when an external trap is received.           When I execute my application from the command line I can see the change status trap 58916871 displayed on the event browser. However when the application is invoked automatically I do not see the trap displayed on the  event browser. I also do not see any error in nv.log. Is there any other setting I need to do.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Swapna
