The NON_WELL_BEHAVED simply indicates whether the developer of that
daemon wrote it to run under the control of OvSPMD (the super postmaster
daemon). There is nothing at all, as users, we can do to change this.
trapgend is a daemon only for AIX but it actually works with the SNMP
agent - not the NetView server - hence it doesn't run under OvSPMD.
mgragentd handles comms between NetView Server and a native NetView
client (not the Web client) so again does not need to run under the
control of OvSPMD.
