I had that once on a SLES 9 box. After I put those two lines in snmpd.conf, made sure snmpd was running, put the entries for the Netview server in snmsnmpconf, and cleared the database, it came back. Folks: I'm doing this port of our aix installtion to linux and I'm missing the manager submap when I bring up netview. What would cause this? The smartset netviews has all my netview servers in it, though. Thanks in advance
