Subject: [nv-l] NLB Clusters

Greetings All,

Has anyone been successful in managing Microsoft Network Load Balancing
Clusters. We have a couple of variations of clusters, NLB or
Active/Passive. Right Now, I want to try to get NLB clusters to work..

these are the issues that I'm running into:

1) During initial discovery, the names get associated with the wrong ip.

2) the interfaces keep flopping back and forth

In our environment, we have separate subnets for each "cluster". Netview
does not need to monitor if a fail over occurs, just if clients are
unable to access the application.

CP2KDEVIIS01 - 10.20.5.11 mgnt
CP2KDEVIISV1 - 10.20.7.116 virtual

CP2KDEVIIS02 - 10.20.7.90 public

Let me know your experience with MS Clusters.

Catalina
