Also, in order for ovaddobj or ovdelobj to work correctly, you must first
cd to /usr/OV/lrf or use the full path name, /usr/OV/lrf/netviewd.lrf

First I would try sourcing the NVenvironment file:
. /usr/OV/bin/NVenvironment
Note: it is .(dot) (space)/usr/OV/bin/NVenvironment
and see if that helps.
