hi!

i'm not cisco-certified but suffering for years at the hands of this kind of evil.

1. - there is no calculateable mapping
2. - some COS's have CISCO-STACK-MIB::portIfIndex.$slot.$port => $ifndex
3. - some IOS's have OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB::cardIfSlotNumber.$ifindex => $slot
4. - some IOS's have OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB::cardIfPortNumber.$ifindex => $port
5. - some IOS's have IF-MIB::ifName.$ifndex => "$slot/$port"
6. - some IOS's have a ENTITY-MIB
