Hi Mark,
I’m still running RedHat AS 2.1
Is that no longer supported under FP4?
Also, am I correct in my understanding that FP5 is not out yet (I looked on the
web a week or 2 ago and it looks like a “coming soon” download.
Thx in adv,
Glen

Dave,
NetView
7.1.4 FP4 is supported on the following Linux platform;
-
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 9 SP1 (tested on the 2.6.5-7.97-smp kernel
and on the 2.6.5-7.139-smp kernel)
-
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 3.0 Update 2, 3, 4 (tested on the 2.4.21-15.ELsmp
kernel 2.4.21-27.ELsmp kernel and on the 2.4.21-37.ELsmp)
With
NetView 7.1.4 FP2 release, a fresh install image of NetView 7.1.4 at
FixPack 2 level was made available that supported both Red Hat 3.0 and SLES 9
on Intel hardware.
Solaris

Suse
9.1 Professional - is not a supported platform, only the enterprise levels of
Linux are supported.
