You can cut and paste it from http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc4044.html. It's
also called FC-MGMT-MIB is you want to search elsewhere for it
But that version is strictly SNMPv2, which is of limited use in NetView.
The initial version is RFC 2837, which is FIBRE-CHANNEL-FE-MIB and is
available for free , either v1 or v2 from the Cisco anonymous ftp server
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/ in the v1 or v2 folder.

can find the data in text but I need to
