Section six of the referenced document
http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc4044.html contains the MIB definition.  Cut
and paste that section and you have the rfc4044.mib file or you can
download it and edit out the front and back ends.

download? I can find the data in text but I need to 

download and use that code on Netview.
