Ronnie,

The thing to do here is narrow down the problem by tracing nvcord.  Did you select all the tracing options when you used serversetup on Windows to have him run your rule?  if not do that now, and restart him.  Then generate a test event and see what it says in his log.  If you are already doing the tracing, then go look at the log now.  With all the tracing tuned on you should see everything that nvcord was with your triggering event.  There are eyecatchers in the trace, "Received and event" and "Finished with the trap" and between them is what nvcord did with each event.  You should see whether your nvmail command is being triggered or not.  That will tell you whether it's a ruleset problem or nvmail problem.
