Thread-topic: [NV-L] web client via browser - what to download
Jane,
I can't get it to work either with Internet Explorer.
There is a file: /usr/OV/www/wwwroot/download/nvwc_thin.zip that you have to download and install on your Windows PC.
I unzipped it and followed the directions in it. (in the .bat file)

Basically edit the .bat file and identify the path to your java.exe, then run it.

I get the NetView logo, but no login screen.

Used to be, if you really wanted to use the java client through your web browser, you could download some jar file or other and do something to the class path on the PC and it would work a lot better. Not as well as the standalone app, but better.  I no longer have any notes on this topic and I wonder if anyone else is doing this and can remind me.

Cordially,
