The test can be taken at prometric centers.
The last time I paid, it was $200. I don't know what it is now. Sometimes
it is given free at Tivoli User Conferences.
There should be a practice test online
somewhere.
The best preparation for the test is
actual experience, trying all of the major functions. In addition, I recommend
reading the User's guide (Netview for Beginners), the Admin Guide, and
the Diagnostic Guide.

Which is the best guide and advices you can give me?
and how much the exam cost and can i take in any prometric
centres.
 
Is the exam only objective or any practical sessions
are there?
