I had already tested increasing web server memory to 512m. Now I changed it to 1024m with the same results. I'm still testing.

Well, then you have the fixes applied, because IY96316 and IY93217 fixed
the maptreeserver memory/CPU usage issues in 715 that we knew about. They
both are fixed in FP1.

You can increase webserver memory to 1024m, are see whether that improves
your performance.

modify /usr/OV/www/bin/jetty.bat
change Xmx64m to Xmx256m or Xmx1024m.
restart webserver

Thanks James for your answer... In fact the version I'm using is 7.1.5
FP01... I' ve been reviewing APARs but none matched my problem. Anyway I
will continue searching information on how I could solve this issue.. If I
find a solution I'll post it here.

What version of NetView?  There have been a few APARs for 7.1.5 which
improved the web console performance in certain areas.  I would contact
Support and get current on maintenance to see whether that helps.
