Thanks James for your answer... In fact the version I'm using is 7.1.5 FP01... I' ve been reviewing APARs but none matched my problem. Anyway I will continue searching information on how I could solve this issue.. If I find a solution I'll post it here.

What version of NetView?  There have been a few APARs for 7.1.5 which
improved the web console performance in certain areas.  I would contact
Support and get current on maintenance to see whether that helps.
