NetView is at end of life and has been so since 2007. There will be no new releases, only FixPacks for APARs until it goes out of Support at the end of the first quarter of 2012.

NetView does not have any support for SNMPv3. However you can purchase and additional product from SNMP Research, their Distributed SNMP Security Pack. Code was added in NetView some time ago to work with that product as an add-on.
