Command Line Interface

Does anyone know if it's possible to change an icon from/to
managed/unmanaged via a command so that it could be done from a script? I am
looking at automating a failover procedure that will unmanage icons on the
"from" server and manage icons on the "to" server. We are running Netview
V4. Any help would be appreciated.
