It is correct to say that AIX 4.3 is not supported.  Bay Networks has not
done testing to determine if Optivity NMS 8.1 will operate correctly on AIX
4.3 or not.  It may - it may not.  In either case, Bay Networks can't
provide technical support for the combination.
