On the newer PowerPC machines, memory is not reported the same way. try lsattr -El'sys0' for total memory (it'll show as "realmem") lsattr -El'mem0', lsattr -El'mem1', etc. for the specific entry. Your output below shows only mem0, so lsattr -El'mem0' will show yours. Hope this helps.
