You seem to be stating that Netview V 5.0 is now unsupported since 5.1 is
out.
Is that true?  Can I expect that a bug I find in 5.0 will NOT be fixed in
5.0? This could force me to 5.1 even if I have real reason not to migrate to
5.1!
What does "strong recommendation" mean?
