Assuming that the Tivoli Framework actually installed and all of the files are actually there, a good thing to keep in mind: when in doubt, 'source your Tivoli environent', which is to say, run the setup_env.sh that is in /etc/Tivoli. Do this by entering . /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh I'm assuming you are on AIX. This sets necessary envronment variables that the Tivoli commands all require. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
