Well, Shari, we will have to review that part in the morning. I think we
launched it
from a TME 10 Desktop, but it was not the Desktop for Windows. It was a Rumba
X-emulation session to the TMR Server (rlogin) that exported the display and
launched a TME 10 Desktop (for Unix). From that Desktop, we launched Netview
which is running on a Managed Node. I think.

I just installed Netview 5.1 on AIX 4.3.1 (with much appreciated help from
Leslie Clark of IBM!) We were able to bring up the Netview interface from
the Tivoli desktop!

You cannot start Netview user interface using the TME 10
Desktop for Windows. I found this out testing and Tivoli Support
confirm. Good luck with your implementation.
