You are using the TME 10 Desktop on the AIX Server to bring up Netview
interface. That works. It does not work if you use TME 10
Desktop for Windows to bring up the netview interface.

I just installed Netview 5.1 on AIX 4.3.1 (with much appreciated help from
Leslie Clark of IBM!) We were able to bring up the Netview interface from
     the Tivoli desktop!

ALL:

You cannot start Netview user interface using the TME 10
Desktop for Windows. I found this out testing and Tivoli Support
confirm. Good luck with your implementation.
