Optivity NMS on NetView v5.1 and AIX v4.3

I will be installing a new RS/6000 F40 with AIX v4.3 and NetView v5.1 in the
next couple of weeks and need to get Optivity NMS loaded as well.  I
understand v8.1 is not supported on NetView v5.x or AIX v4.3.  I have also
been following the forum and believe some of you are using v8.1 in this
environment with some success.  Could anyone using this combination please
confirm it does work and if there are any special configuration "gotchas" I
should look out for.
