Is this the patch you used?
IX84533 - Disappearing of admin interfaces when status changes.
If anyone can help - we are looking for a patch to fix our problem. The
problem we're having is that two of our interfaces do not appear even
though they are on the network. They appear on the machine where
Tivoli is installed, but they are not visible on any other machine where
we view Tivoli.

It is something like: you double click on a router, you first see all
interfaces and then they disappear while you
are looking at them and they never come back ?
I had the same problem in a couple of installations. I had to call the
support and they gave me a fix
for ipmap that solved the problem.
Call your nearest support centre.
