James,
I am just generating a simple trap, this is what I have in the event
configuration for this trap. Note: Other than the actual text of the
message, it's always of the same form.
The event log message says:
UPS $A diagnostic self test ok
Event Category:
All Category Events
Source Character:
$A
And it's set to:
Do not forward traps
