Check out /usr/OV/app-defaults - this is where all your colours are
defined along with lots of other parameters to do with the appearance -
I think you will find the widgets you want are in OVw.  I leave these
files as shipped and modify a user's .Xdefaults file in their home
directory, for those parameters I want to change from the defaults.
