Richard,
We did something like this.
Our first idea was to hook everything up on a BIG tv (Mitshubishi, I
think), through a video card with TV connector. However, that was too small.
Next thing we did was use a large plasma screen TV (One from Philips) which
turned out to be ok.
Right now we are going to use a beamer (brand unknown) which will project
everything on a wall. This will make the screen visible from everywhere in
the room, even if you are looking at it from aside.
I hope you can use this info.
Greetz, Rene

Subject: Netview on a large screen display
This is a non technical question for the group. Our helpdesk has requested
that we set up a largescreen display that would display the Netview map so
the help desk people would be able to see when a network node turned red.
the question is simply , has anyone out there tried this type of setup ,
and was it of any benefit?
thanks ahead of time for any replies.
