Yes, but only temporarily. Whatever that process was doing, it isn't doing any
more, so your haview product is not working correctly with this modification.
You still have to pursue the problem with AIX if you ever want haview to run
correctly.

hello James,
by ps -ef I found that haview had ovw as PPID and I modified configuration file
in /usr/OV/registration/C in order to do not restart so I have HACMP icons and
the haview process don't uses 95% of cpu.
My problem seems to be resolved!
